Victoria Mutual Wealth Management Limited has advised that the Invitation made by Victoria Mutual Investments Limited subject to a prospectus dated November 29, 2017, in respect of ordinary shares at the price of $2.45 per ordinary share closed at approximately 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 12, 2017. The offer was oversubscribed and the basis of allocation will be communicated in a subsequent advisory.
