Sagicor Investments Jamaica Limited (S) has released its audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2013. An Extraordinary General Meeting of S will be held on Thursday, March 27, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at the Auditorium, R. Danny Williams Building, 28-48 Barbados Avenue, Kingston 5.The purpose of the meeting is to consider, and if thought fit, approve a proposed Scheme of Arrangement between S and its stockholders.
