Suzette began her tenure with the Jamaica Stock Exchange Group in 1999 and was appointed IT Manager in 2003. In this position, Suzette plays a critical role in ensuring that a stable and secure platform is available for the support of the organization’s business strategies and the provision of its service portfolio. She is also responsible for managing IT related projects and most importantly guiding the operations of the technology platform while ensuring the delivery of a reliable IT Strategy that ensures the Stock Exchange is positioned to take advantage of emerging trends and technology.
She is supported by an excellent team of IT Administrators, Developers and Analysts. Suzette holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computing with Management Studies from the University of Technology, Jamaica and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of New Orleans, USA. In addition, she is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and is also certified in ITIL v5.3 Foundation.
